Red E Go is a plug-and-charge experience that makes every charging session automatic. Set it up once in the app — after that, just plug in and charging starts. No app, no card, no steps required at the charger.

Registration takes two minutes in the app:
Navigate to a Red E Go enabled charger and select "Register for Red E Go"
Enter your vehicle name and license plate
Select a payment method
Plug in your vehicle
Once you receive confirmation in the app, your registration is complete

Every session after that is automatic:
Pull up to any Red E Go enabled station
Plug in
Charging starts immediately

Not all stations are Red E Go enabled. Check the app or map to find supported locations near you. If you don't see the Red E Go option in the app at a station, that charger is not yet enabled for this feature.

No. Register once and your vehicle works automatically at every Red E Go enabled station — as long as your payment method is valid.

Yes. You can add multiple vehicles to your account and choose which one to use for each session.

If your payment method is expired or declined, the session will not start automatically. To fix it:
Update your payment method in the app
Unplug and plug in again
Check for a notification in the app about the payment issue

Confirm you're at a Red E Go enabled station
Check that your payment method is active in the app
If needed, start a session manually through the app or the card reader at the station

Yes. Remove any vehicle from your account in the app. Once removed, you'll need to start sessions manually or re-register the vehicle.

Yes. Payment details are handled securely and are never stored on the charger itself. Your vehicle information is used only to enable automatic charging sessions.

If someone plugs your registered vehicle into a Red E Go enabled station, a session may start automatically. To protect your account:
Keep your account credentials secure
Remove vehicles or payment methods you no longer use
Contact Red E support immediately if you notice any unexpected charging activity

Registration option not showing? → You're likely at a station that is not Red E Go enabled
Registration failed? → Try a different payment method and check your network connection
Plugged in but charging didn't start? → Confirm the station is Red E Go enabled, verify your payment method, unplug and plug in again
