Where We Started, Where We’re Going

Red E Charge was founded in 2019 by EV drivers, for EV drivers — with a mission to close the gap in reliable EV charging infrastructure for businesses. Since then, we've grown into a nationwide network of 1,500+ stations, expanded our team of charge engineers, and built an award-winning grant writing division that handles NEVI applications and utility operations. Our Detroit warehouse keeps parts on-hand and our engineers on call, so our clients never face downtime they can't recover from.

We're not just expanding a network — we're reshaping how businesses and drivers think about EV charging. From our early installations in Michigan to partnerships across 46 states, every decision we make is driven by the real-world experience of people who drive electric every day.

Our Mission

To make EV charging infrastructure simple, profitable, and reliable for every business we work with — and seamless for every driver who plugs in. From our Detroit headquarters, we deploy, manage, and support charging solutions built around the needs of real users, not just specs on a sheet.

Our Vision

To be the most trusted EV charging partner in the United States — recognized not just for the size of our network, but for the quality of every charge. We're building toward a future where finding a reliable charger is as automatic as finding a gas station, and where businesses across America see EV charging as an asset, not an afterthought.

Our Values

Customer-Centricity

Every product and service we build starts with one question: what does the driver or business actually need? We design our chargers and software around real use cases, offer on-call support, and respond fast — because downtime isn't just inconvenient, it's costly.

Excellence

From hardware installation to customer service, we hold every part of our operation to the same standard. Our clients trust Red E because we don't cut corners — not on parts, not on response times, not on results.

Innovation

We track where EV technology is going and build ahead of it. Our Detroit-based engineering team continuously tests and integrates new charging standards, ensuring our clients are never stuck with outdated infrastructure.

Reliability‍ ‍

A charger that's down is worse than no charger at all. That's why Red E operates an on-site parts warehouse, maintains a team of engineers on call, and builds every deployment with uptime as the first priority — not the last.
